If you need a little pick-me-up to arrive in your mail, then look no further: my snail mail rewards are a collection of themed artwork that I hope will brighten your day. I will always include an art print, pen pal letter and a sticker. Sometimes there might be some surprise extras, such as colouring pages, mini-prints, additional sticker etc. This care package is all about bringing some joy with my art in the most affordable way possible. ♥

When will I receive my letter?

Letters are shipped via standard, untracked postage on the 28th of each month. If you live in Ireland, this will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Internationally, this can take from 1-4 weeks (in general). If you haven't received your mail after 6 weeks of shipping date, please contact me.

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?

Letters are shipped on the 28th for that calendar month. If you signed up after the 25th, your mail will not be shipped until the 28th of the following month, as you would have signed up for the next months mail.

Can I update my address?

Please contact me if you need to change your shipping address! It can be done within the customer portal on your account, but may not update correctly.

When will I be billed?

Snail Mail Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially subscribed. For example: you signed up on 20th January, you will then be billed 20th February and 20th March etc. If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, please make sure to do so before your next billing cycle.

Snail Mail
